Adrian Hamilton, Bsc, GC-C, was educated at Mohawk College in Bereavement Counseling and Bereavement Support. He graduated from Breyer State University in the United States where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Grief Counseling and Bereavement Education. Adrian is also certified by The American Academy of Grief Counselors.

For several years, Adrian has served as a facilitator for separated and divorced couples with the Diocese of Hamilton, Ontario. For a number of years, he has also worked with the Friends of Grief organization in Hamilton as well as with the Salvation Army as a residential counselor.

Adrian has also served with the Community Living organization in Haldimand County, Ontario, Canada, administering medication to residents and assuring they were present for medical and other scheduled appointments.
