Home What
is a Home Inspection?
Pre-Purchase Inspection
Pre-Sale Inspection |
|
The building of a new home is a very complex process. It is the builder’s job to co-ordinate all the work and materials required to complete a job involving multiple sub contractors on a three to five month schedule depending on the size and complexity of the house. It is not uncommon for even the best builders to miss the proper completion of a task. A Pre-Possession Home Inspection will find any deficiencies the builder may have overlooked during the construction of your home. Having a third party inspection will ensure that any deficiencies can be presented to the builder prior to taking possession. It is much easier to get this work done at this time rather than later when the builder will be busy on other projects. If you are in the early stages of building a home or you are about to take possession of your new home a Pre-possession Home Inspection will provide you “Peace of Mind” when you are given the keys to your new home.
